Ajalta: Candy + PrinssiEnnekö Candy lähtee Leganeille asumaan, Pony-neiti antaa nunnaristi kaulakorunsa Candylle. Hän kertoo sen suojelevan häntä, ja muistuttavan ettei Candy unohda itseään.
Niinkin hyväsydäminen mitä Candy on, hän on antanut ristin eteenpäin muutamalle muullekkin, mutta koru on aina löytänyt tiensä takaisin hänen luokseen.
Candy antoi korun Dorothylle, ennenkuin Candy lähetettiin Mexikoon. Dorothy kuitenkin antaa korun takaisin, koska se on suunnattu suojelemaan Candyä, ei häntä.
Candy myös antaa korun Garcialle, sekä opettaa häntä rukoilemaan. Garcia on todella otettu tästä, ja myöskin tämä saa Garcian pelastamaan Candyn rosvoilta.
Garcia kuitenkin antaa korun takaisin, samasta syystä kuin Dorothy.

Before Candy leaves Ponyhome to live with the Legan family, Sister Pony gives this cross to her. She tells Candy, that the cross will protect her, and remind her to always be herself.
As kindhearted as Candy is, she gives this cross to few other people in the series. But the cross always finds its way back to her.
Candy gives the cross to Dorothy, before she goes to Mexico, but Dorothy gives the cross back, because its meant to protect Candy, not her.
Candy also gives the cross to Garcia, and even teaches Garcia to pray. Garcia is very taken by this gesture, and that also gives him the courage to save Candy from the kidnappers. Still, Garcia gives the cross back to Candy, for the same reasons why Dorothy did.
